September Survey Results: Inquiry Follow-up
Last month we asked readers about the value of following-up with prospective students after an inquiry. Their answers weren't surprising. 100% of respondents said that a series of regular follow-ups after the first inquiry is more effective than just one response. What is surprising is how few programs have a system to do this.
It might be worth a minute to consider what we call a "CMC," or "Collect, Manage and Contact" strategy. Put a form on your site to "collect" data from visitors with questions. Have this information automatically sent to a database where it will be "managed." Finally, easily "contact" all the people in your database with a batch email system. Sound tough? It's not. You can actually get all of this in one product, including our popular Prospector™.
Happy recruiting!
